About ME

I am presently completing my MA in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy.

I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy validated by the University of East London.

I have recently completed Lifespan Integration, described as one of the most effective ways of dealing with a client's life issues.

I first graduated as a counsellor in 1976 in NLP type work.

In 1996 I graduated as a Life Skills coach in America.

In 1998 I graduated as a Transpersonal Therapist working with people who experience Spiritual Crises, again in America.

This training has resulted in many thousands of hours of successful client work, covering issues of:

  • Trauma
  • Addiction
  • Loneliness
  • Weakness
  • Loss of confidence
  • Self esteem
  • Shame
  • Shock and loss (bereavement)
  • Sexual problems
  • Life Skills development
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Suicide
  • Emptiness – feelings of non-fulfilment

I am also trained in Brief Solution Focused Therapy which can produce very effective results over a short period of time

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

At the invitation of various universities I have lectured on the alleviation of trauma (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).

I work with Mothers who feel they are reactively impinging their own childhood issues onto their infants when they are stressed, thereby subjecting their infants to unwanted behaviours and emotions when they grow up.

Over the years I have received many hours of personal therapy in order to meet the criteria of the colleges/university which has also been very beneficial to my growth.

The Setting
I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
